I joined Fit4Life thinking if I worked out on the strength machines, I would lose those few extra pounds and become stronger. I didn’t like the way I looked and my clothes no longer fit.
I struggled on my own and saw some difference but not what I expected. Within the past year, I was fortunate enough to work with Coach Kammie on the BodyChoice Program and was able to accomplish my goal of losing over 25 pounds and becoming much stronger than I have ever been. I also have much more energy!
I went from a dress size 12 down to a size 6! With Kammie’s encouragement and pushing me to do more made all the difference in meeting my goal. She has had 1st hand experience & understands the work that is needed to be successful.
I changed a few of my eating habits which made a major difference and I can now work on my own having the knowledge & tools required to maintain a healthy body.
I am thankful for Fit4Life and will continue to work out so that I can be "Fit4Life"!

Jan is a perfect example of an aging woman who once was thin and energetic but as the years went by, she gained some wait due to fading metabolism.
Jan came to me with a specific goal in mind! During our consultation, I realized that Jan was the perfect candidate for our BodyChoice Program.
Jan made some nutritional changes which included changing her way of thinking about eating, cutting some carbs, eating smaller portion sizes and enjoying her smaller meals more frequently throughout the day. I put her on a strength training program working with me just twice per week and incorporated extra cardio workouts.
In a few months, Jan had already met her goal and now she has lost even more weight! Jan will turn 70 on her next birthday and she speaks of that proudly, not trying to hide her age or act afraid that anyone would think she is old....she is STRONG!
