Robyn Matousek

"I joined Fit4Life approximately three years ago and have enjoyed the benefits of a consistent exercise and nutrition program. Three children and a demanding career do not leave much time to exercise. However, I have found that early morning workouts allow me the time to exercise before the events of the day can interfere and become convenient excuses to skip my workout. Starting my day with exercise actually gives me increased energy throughout the day along with a sense of accomplishment. The dedication of the other early morning exercisers gives me the motivation to get myself up in the morning and join them at the gym.

Since becoming a member at Fit4Life, I have participated in the Body-for-LIFE challenge as well as the rowing challenge. During the Body-for-LIFE challenge, I lost 13 pounds and went down two clothing sizes. Setting the goal to complete the challenge and achieving that goal was a great accomplishment and satisfying experience. Exercise and proper nutrition are now a part of my daily life. I would encourage anyone to begin or continue with an exercise and nutrition program for a healthier life." -Robyn Matousek

Robyn's consistancy in the gym is second to none. She is dedicated to her workouts and finds the time to get to the gym despite two very strong excuses--three children and a busy career. Robyn has been proving over the past three years that no matter how busy you are, you can find time to exercise if you make it a priority in your life. Not only has Robyn been dedicated and consistant, but she has also challenged herself in both the Body-for-LIFE and Fall Rowing Challenge. Robyn is a fantastic role model for all the busy career mothers who still find time to exercise. Congratulations! -Dave
