I got involved with Fit4Life because I wanted to become more flexible and strengthen my core muscles for golf. I was given a series of strength and core exercises to help with this process. My golf is the best it’s ever been!!
I do work out at Fit4Life 3 to 4 days a week. You might say I have become addicted to my workouts. I have lost 30 pounds and 6 inches from my waist, my energy level is higher, I am more focused at work, and overall feel better about myself.
