I find regular workouts keep me limber and de-stressed. Anyone at a computer all day can relate. The facility is kept clean, well light and cool in summer/ warm in winter, but convenience is always a factor in staying with it. Being retired, it is important to stay healthy with regular exercise, as the saying goes.."
