Testimonials

Debbie Helgeson

Former client - Madison, CT

As a former client of Angela Garvey, I can assure you that Angela is a terrific trainer. She is knowledgeable, committed, and flexible in her approach. Whether you are trying to lose weight, build strength, or improve your health, Angela will keep you motivated and challenged with thoughtful, varied and well-planned workouts

I first began training with Angela in December 2016. I was 56 years old and a borderline diabetic. I had that middle aged “where’s my waist” body. I wanted to get in some kind of better shape and keep my blood sugar under control. Having never worked with a trainer, I never knew what working out meant… until I worked with Angela. Now I know that starting with Angela was starting with the BEST!

By early spring, I found my waist, and was comfortably wearing clothes that had been too tight just months before. My blood sugar was good, and I felt great. My first workout, I could not hold a side plank. After a month, I was holding planks for over a minute!

Angela will challenge you, and push you—never too far, and always with safety in mind. Along with all her professional strengths, she is a really nice person! Very genuine and friendly. Do not have any second thoughts about hiring this very talented lady.
