Ring Reverse Lunges

Works: Legs with arm assist

Grab tubes, walk back and place feet together. Take a large step back with one foot and squat straight down toward ground with the other leg. Using rings for balance and assistance getting up if needed. Touch knee to ground and step back up bringing back foot back in place with forward foot. Use less arms as you get stronger at this exercise. Try using just one hand on ring and other hand on your waist to make more difficult.
