Works: Legs, Back, Shoulders, Arms

Squat down, keeping head up, butt down and back straight. Get fingers under edge of tire. Lift tire using your legs to start the motion and your arms at the end of the motion to flip the tire over. Once you get proper form down, work toward exploding out of the bottom position and toss the tire over forcefully.
