Tube Squats

Works: Legs (Quads, Hams, Glutes)

Place tube on your shoulders. Place feet as least shoulder width or wider. Arch back and squat down. Push butt back as you squat down like you’re reaching to sit on a chair behind you. With proper form, your feet should stay flat on the ground. If you come up on your toes, work to push your hips back more as you squat down.
