Workout 1

  1. Jog up hill, jog back down
  2. Stretch
  3. Tie rows: 1 set of 10 reps
  4. Deadlifts: 1 set of 10 reps
  5. Tube Presses: 1 set of 15 reps
  6. Bench Push-ups: 1 set of 15 reps
  7. Pull Cart up hill and back down.
  8. Leg raises off Table: 1 set of 10 reps
  9. Ring Pull-ups: 1set of 10 reps
  10. Pail walks: move green and yellow pails to other pallet
  11. Stretch hamstrings--foot on table
  12. Leg raises on table: 1 set of 10 reps
  13. Jog to parking lot
