Robin Kohls & Lorri Johnson

"Since joining Fit4Life & making exercise a part of my weekly routine, I feel so much better. I have more energy & stamina to not only keep up with my busy schedule, but also enable me to continue water skiing & downhill skiing with my family. Since beginning to exercise regularly I've shown significant improvement in my last bone scan--a 22% improvement in my hip area.

I've teamed up with a great workout partner, Lorri Johnson. Together we took the 12 week Body-for-LIFE challenge. With Dave's training and workout plan, the encouragement of others and determination, we completed the program in June--what a great feeling of accomplishment! But this is only the beginning. I plan to continue a lifelong commitment to a regular exercise program.
