"I started Fit4Life January 2013. I decided to join to do something for “me”. My goal was to lose 50 lbs.

In a little over a year I have lost 45 lbs. and definitely see muscle I didn't know I had. I developed that love for exercise and at first felt guilty if I didn't go every day. But what I have learned is that it is OK to take a day off to rest muscles.

My best advice is to give it a try. You won’t regret it!

It’s too easy to place the blame on someone or something when we can’t seem to find time to exercise. But when we start exercising we immediately reap the benefits and wonder why we didn't start sooner. Does this sound familiar? It sure does for me.
