Linda Thurston

I began my journey with Fit4Life in 2012. My goal like many others was to lose weight through healthy eating and exercise. I lost 30 lbs. in 5 months and felt GREAT!! I do have a ways to go on my weight loss goal and I will get their by taking small steps in the right direction. But in the meantime I am also noticing my energy level has increased and my outlook on life is changing in a very positive direction.

Coming to the gym doesn't seem to be a chore for me. It’s refreshing to be able to change up my workouts on the variety of cardio and strength equipment.

Linda joined with a goal to lose weight. She has also come to realize that there are other benefits to joining. Through exercise she has more energy to do the things she enjoys doing and has also noticed through exercise she has a more positive outlook on life and has more confidence.

Keep up the good work in the gym Linda. All the accomplishments you have done for yourself are awesome!
