"I have to start by saying I am not a person who has loved to exercise throughout my adult life. My exercise consisted of working full time (mostly standing), raising two children and taking care of my home. Occasionally I would go for walks in warmer weather. Overall, I would say motivation to exercise was my biggest obstacle.

Things changed, age and a fairly sedentary job caused my weight to get out of control. I was tired, uncomfortable, had aches and pains I never had before and High Blood Pressure.

I joined Fit4Life on my birthday last year. Kelli helped me get started with the Circuit4Success workout program. I love doing the workout because it includes strength training, cardio, and stretching all in one workout and it keeps me motivated. I can change it up, depending on my time limitations and how I feel that day.

I have not reached my goal weight yet, but I am in better shape than I was five years ago. I feel GREAT! I have more stamina and I am much stronger.

I would recommend to anyone who is not currently exercising to give this an honest try. Coming to Fit4Life has become part of my routine.
