Prior to joining Fit4Life I exercised from mid-October till the end of January. When Fit4Life moved in to Hillsboro I knew it was time to join.
I wanted to build muscle strength and lose weight.
Since joining Fit4Life in August 2006 both has happened. I have lost 35 lbs. and feel much stronger.
I would encourage others to join. You will feel better about yourself, have more energy to be more active, AND help eliminate or reduce the risk of severe health issues.
