"Exercise makes me feel "good". I am physically stronger since joining at Fit4Life! I am working on building more muscle and toning up the “jiggles”.

Physically, I have been very healthy since joining Fit4Life, 2 ½ years ago. My doctor even cut my cholesterol medication in half!

At Fit4Life, I like the freedom to come to exercise anytime of the day. This is a clean facility with a variety of exercise equipment. New equipment is added regularly.

Staff is eager to assist you offering support, encouragement and guidance for weight loss, nutrition, workout routines and ongoing exercise classes."

Pat came to me last summer and expressed that she needed to lose weight for her daughter’s wedding which was in 9 weeks. She had the dress she intended to wear and couldn’t get it zipped in back. She thought she needed to lose 10 pounds to fit into the dress. She also wanted to get some definition in her flabby areas.

When Pat decides to do something, she goes after it! She worked with me on diet and exercise including intense strength training and frequent interval cardio. Before the 9 weeks was up, Pat had lost not 10 pounds but 15! She looked great in the dress!
