"Growing up I use to work-out on a regular basis as well as being in sports. But after having a child I got away from working out.
It took me awhile, but I finally decided to do something for myself. I wanted to get back into shape, feel better about myself, increase my energy level, feel strong, and release the stress I was experiencing due to a hectic work environment.
Since joining Fit4Life I have accomplished all these “wants”.

We can relate to what Sarah is saying. It’s too easy to put yourself last, to make excuses of being too busy or too tired or not having the time to exercise. But once you decide to start doing something "for you" you wonder why you stopped in the first place!
