I have always done some type of exercise. I have found that exercise helps reduce my stress and it gives me more energy throughout the day.
What I like about the gym is the 24/7 hours of operation. Also, members here are friendly and I am inspired by them.
What I would say to anyone that has been hesitant to join a gym is this: "JUST DO IT!!!" You CAN get stronger as you get older and there are benefits...even if you can only make it to the gym once a week.
Tom has been a member for many years and realizes the importance of exercise. He has made this a part of his life style. Tom is right on in saying "Just Do It!!!" Staying healthy though exercise is the best gift you can give yourself and after you get into it, it become a habit. Tom has said members inspire him. I want to say that Tom inspires others as well!
