"I joined Fit 4 Life Women’s gym just over a year ago with the goal of maintaining an exercise program throughout the winter months. I had never been a member of a gym and found that I liked the size and atmosphere of the smaller Women’s gym.
The staff was extremely helpful in providing me with training on all the equipment as well as putting together structured programs. It was, and still is, a good feeling to be able to walk in the gym and have a plan in place as to what I am going to accomplish on any given day.
I would definitely recommend the Women’s gym to anyone who is thinking about starting a program for these very reasons."
