"Exercise is a very important part of my life, especially the last year and 6 months. I started to take my nutrition and strength training seriously and began to feel better mentally and physically. I made it a point to do full body workouts 3x/week and cardio 3-5 days/week.
Consistency is key and I learned that not giving up on myself made all the difference. Also, you can’t outwork a poor diet, so being consistent all around is key to feeling and being the best version of myself.
The Women’s Gym has been a great place to come workout at. People are very nice. 24-hour access is very good too. I have recommended this gym to many people at work and in my personal life due to how great of an experience I have had here!"
