I have made exercise a regular part of my life for the past 23 years. Fit4Life makes it easy to continue that “habit”. Within that time span, my life has gone from busy to hectic to crazy and back again. I’ve found that the busier I am, the more I need exercise to control stress and have more energy to keep up. The misconception is that exercise is too time consuming; the truth is that it can take as little as 30 minutes a few times a week to make a difference in your life.
Dave has built a facility to accommodate all ages and fitness levels. I continue to be impressed with the number of seniors that utilize Fit4Life and I look forward to being one of them some day!

Regular exercise is a part of Kate’s life. Kate and her husband Jeff have been members at Fit4Life for several years. Like Kate says, she lives a very busy life and getting to the gym as often as she’d like hasn’t always been possible. But, despite this, she doesn’t quit, because exercise is an important part of her life.
Kate also understands that results come from hard work. So it’s not surprising that she holds the women’s vertical sit-up record with 32 -which by the way, is more than many men in the gym can do!
