“The standard response from most people on the topic of exercise is “I would like to but I don’t have the time.” My reply is “I don’t have the time not to exercise!” By that I mean I have many goals that will not be accomplished via an overweight sedentary lifestyle. Furthermore, a regular exercise routine increases my energy level and allows me to keep up with my young family.
I began exercising every day 10 years ago when I was diagnosed with high blood pressure, an all to common disease in my family. My daily workouts have become habit, or just a part of my lifestyle. Exercise has also become my primary stress release. During the workweek instead of going to lunch with the rest of the crowd and making poor nutritional choices, I exercise and begin the second half of every day refreshed both physically & mentally. I am as busy as anyone; if I can do it, you can do it.
Lastly, I would like to emphasize what a benefit it is not only for Century Foods but also for the entire Sparta community to have access to a first rate gym like Fit4Life. Dave has done a terrific job. Not many communities the size of Sparta can boast a gym like Fit4Life.”
–Tom Miskowski, CEO of Century Foods
As the new President of Century Foods, Tom has made the choice to make time for his daily workouts. Instead of making excuses, Tom makes the time and understands that daily exercise increases his productivity and enjoyment both at home and at work.
Tom is committed to living his life in a healthy & strong body. This commitment to excellence also carries over to his work ethic and goals both personally and professionally.
