“For the last 2 years, Fit4Life has been very rewarding for me. I wanted to make a change in my life. I wanted to do something healthy for my body and get results doing it. I look forward to coming to the gym every day to workout and release the stress of the day.
Aerobics has been a major part of my workout routine, besides participating, I help teach. The rewards are two fold: not only does it help keep me motivated, but I get the sense of satisfaction knowing I am helping to keep others motivated as well. Another bonus to working out is the friends I have made. Believe it or not, my friends are a motivation plus they help me stay on task Their encouragement and compliments help keep me going and not wanting to quit. That little extra push makes it worthwhile when I get done with a workout. I feel satisfied, and have more energy to face the rest of the day or evening, which is another great reward.
There are so many benefits to exercising and working out. Fit4Life is the place where I have achieved my goals and received those benefits, actually rewards. Fit4Life has truly changed my life. Thank-you!”
Heidi is a fantastic member. What can I say?? Her dedication is second to none and her willingness to help teach step shows her love of exercise and her pride in helping others enjoy what she loves to do. If more people had the same dedication, drive, and attitude that Heidi has, there would be a far more success stories and fewer quitters in the gym!
