After my workout, I feel so good, energized and I sleep better. Fit4Life keeps me interested with all the variety they offer; variety of cardio machines, weights, different classes, after hours key access and my favorite personal TV’s. If anyone deserves recognition for her efforts in the gym, it’s Lanita. She’s been a regular member here for many years. Lanita knows her way around the gym and you’ll often see her in the back free-weight room. It’s hard to believe she’s dropped nearly 50 pounds of weight. Anyone that loses that much and keeps it off deserves everyone’s praise!
Lanita has made her regular trips to Fit4Life a part of her healthy lifestyle…the way she chooses to live her life.
